WhiteWater Express Car Wash

DONT DELETE MY REVIEW!! Getting people to make fake good review is sad. I hate to give this car wash a bad review because I’ve had so many great experiences there, but last week’s service made me never want to come back. I haven’t been able to write my review until today, unfortunately, due to being busy. I have never encountered a manager who acted so childish, rude, and dismissive. I believe his name was Grant. I am very upset that this experience has made them lose my business, especially since it’s the closest car wash to me and has amazing young gentlemen working there. I hope this employee is taught manners. If a new manager is hired, I would love to be notified so I can return to this car wash.

I was previously a very loyal customer to this location when it was Time to Shine Car Wash, but it has gone significantly downhill since it switched over to Whitewater Express. The first time I went, I felt like my car didn't get as clean, but I assumed it was just real dirty that time. I just got back from this location (my second time since it switched over) and: 1. The hood of my car was still just as dirty as when I went in. The body of the car was a bit cleaner, but I still had to use the clothes to wipe down a lot of it by hand. 2. There were NO spray bottles (neither all purpose cleaner or window spray) available. 3. I tried FOUR different vacuums and they all had horrible suction power. I had to pick up rocks/fuzz with my hand. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but hope someone else sees this before they spend $15-$35 on a poor experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location again.

My wife and I used the WhiteWater Express Car Wash on Ben Sawyer Boulevard in Mount Pleasant almost every week. Unfortunately, after a recent incident, we won’t be returning. Last month, while my wife was going through the wash, her vehicle came off the track. This damaged the front end and a tire, and because the conveyor kept moving, cars behind her bumped into her vehicle and each other. When she asked an employee if this had happened before, the response was: “Not this bad.” I contacted corporate and was referred to the local manager. When my wife spoke with him, he suggested the accident was her fault. However, when we asked for a copy of the video footage that he claimed proved it, he stopped responding. We ended up paying $2,400 out of pocket to repair the damage. What’s most disappointing isn’t just the incident—it’s how it was handled. Instead of transparency or customer service, we were ignored. As a result, WhiteWater Express has lost four regular family customers. These express car washes are convenient, but that convenience isn’t worth it if the company disappears when something goes wrong.

Horrible car wash performance. I went to get the spring pollen washed off. This is what my car looked like immediately after the wash.

My daughter gave me this a gift, because of the pollen and the leaves, I wash my car DAILY and with the membership, which is worth it. They have towels for use as well as a mat cleaner that can wash your floor mats. They also have great employees that assist if needed.
